Online Bill Pay Instructions
Click Here to set up your online account and make online payments. Use the code found on your monthly utility bill to complete your account set up, or contact us if you do not know your code. Customers may make and view payments, view your bill, account history, meter reads, and usage history here. Online bill pay is a free service when using an e-check. Credit/debit cards will incur a processing fee collected by the card processing company, not by the City of Leeton.
Have trouble getting your bill through the mail? Users can set up their account to have both a paper bill and email bill sent to them in the "account info" screen after setting up their online account. Never miss another bill in the mail!
Please contact us if you have any questions.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address (108 W. Summerfield) during regular business hours. We accept cash, debit/credit card, check, or money orders. We also offer a secure drop box for payments on the south side of the building.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
